Position Overview: We are a USA Based IT Outsourcing Company in Karachi and we IMMEDIATELY need a 'Flexible SEO Specialist - Karachi' to handle our foreign outsourcing projects. Terms of engagement: Terms are open and can be discussed with the right candidate who has the correct level of understanding: The possible terms can be any of the following: * Pull-time SEO * Part-time SEO * Freelance SEO * Work-from-home SEO We call this opening a Flexible SEO Specialist since we expect him/her to be flexible with regards to the terms of engagement and have a out of box mindset for mutual benefit of individual career growth as well as for the company. If you have that mindset, please read on… Required skills / Job Responsibilities: The selected candidate will have knowledge and experience of all of the following as well as will be responsible for following: * Must be at least a graduate in IT / Management. * At least 3 years of experience as SEO Specialist * Need Analysis: Understand client's SEO objectives, strong communication skills, particularly questioning and listening skills to fully grasp clients' marketing objectives and ability to suggest them the best option in given circumstances. * Continuous Improvement Philosphy: Keep up with changes to SEO technology by reading various resources on Internet. Research and derive new methods and processes to continually improve SEO methodology. * Analyzing websites and preparing Competitive and Technical Reports * Organic and Inorganic search engine optimization experience for at least 10+ SEO projects and knowledge of SEO techniques. * Keyword research, competitive analysis and recommendations for at least 10+ SEO projects * Google AdWords and Yahoo/Overture Search Marketing Campaign designing, execution, & reporting for at least 6+ SEM campaigns. * Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Dreamweaver and prior experience of utilizing these tools/technologies in at least 5+ website designing projects. * Experience of writing keyword rich website contents for at least 6+ website projects. * Campaign and SEO Project Performance tracking, reporting, and client communication in role of SEO Manager / Project Manager for at least 5+ SEO projects. * Experience of the web standards, W3C standards, AA standards and experience of few completed projects in conformance of those standards.

Search Engine Optimization experience is needed.
