Job Description

Recruitment & Selection:

  • To assist the Line Manager in end to end recruitment process which includes, initial screening of CVs, short listing candidates for interviews, conducting tests, background check (educational, employer & references), complete documentation and before and after hiring formalities.
  • Headhunting of Retail staff and collect their resume from different sources to streamline the hiring procedure and timely filling out the vacant positions.

HR Operations:

  • To handle day to day HR operations functions and duties.

Employee Engagement:

  • To assist the Line Manager in establishing and maintain effective working relationships with employees through an environment that fosters communication and cooperation.
  • Coordinates employee recognition programs and event.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievances of the employees and share with the Line manage on regular basis.
  • To assist the Line Manager in all employee engagement activities required time to time (Birthdays celebration, Picnic, Corporate dinner and other team building activities).

Others:

  • Work on special projects as assigned by the Line Manager or Management.
  • Liaising amongst different departments and complete any other task(s) assigned by the Management.
  • Prepare various internal HR reports required time to time.
  • Compile or gather date from different resources to analyze.

Job Specification

Job Specifications:

  • Education: MBA (HR) from reputed business school
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience working in human resources department preferably in financial institution in HR Generalist role.
  • Complete knowledge of Recruitment cycle and be able to handle it independently in the absence of Manager- HR & Admin.
  • To maintain the confidentiality of the HR department at each level
  • Result & Target oriented individual
  • Good listener, Polite & Cooperative
  • Regular, Punctual & Disciplined
  • Organized, multi-tasking and an active team member
  • Good communication (Verbal & Written both) & Interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point).
