- Daily Vehicle Delivery Status Reporting ( Internal And Client ) - Daily updated delivery status Report To Directors as internally email and separately clients too

- Coordination ( Tracker, Client, Internal ) - Coordination with clients on any Reporting issue & invoice issue. Coordination with Tracker if any tracking issue & Internal coordination for load, timing, location, Mileage, Meter reading

- Vehicles Tracking (Online Tracking Software)- Tracks all company vehicles daily

- Tool List Maintain - All company tools maintain and issue to field team after receiving

- Vehicle Documents Maintain - All company vehicles documents maintain and issue to field team after receiving

- Maintenance Form - Maintain all Maintenance Form,

- Employee Attendance - Record all employee attendance.

- Company warehouse camera monitoring Online.

- Outdoor work (Clients, Banks and Etc)

Other Skills:

Should have advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Etc)

Should have good verbal and written communication e.g Email writing and other contents.

Should have good knowledge of I.T.
