Trade Optimmize wants to hire the Sales Executives who are the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new services.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our services and recommend the right solutions.
• Follow and achieve organization’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Build productive trust relationships with potential customers.
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the website).

• Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Ability to perform underpressure.
• Documentation skills.
