• Responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and end users’ problems.
• Communicating with third party technical specialists regarding ERP (MS Dynamics GP 2013 R2/2015).
• Configuring and managing backup & restore procedures, as well as maintenance of database server.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems i.e. Windows XP/Vista/7/8,
• In-depth knowledge of installation of and configuration through Server 2008 R2 and SQL Server.
• Must be familiar with technology and configuration regarding Routers, Switches, Modems, DSL filters and Linksys/ Net gear/D-link hubs.
• Must have hands on expertise in installation and configuration of Hardware PCs, Laptops, Printers, Scanner, and Attendance Machine.
• Must have hands on expertise in configuration of Software MS Office suite / MS Outlook / MS Project, Antivirus, Firewall and other system security applications on any hardware (Dell, HP, Apple, etc.) Installation & Configuration of Biometric devices.
• Any other related task assigned by the management from time to time
