Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. You will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
Responsibilities
Contact Corporate or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services
Follow up with the prospective customers on daily/weekly basis.
Keep yourself updated to the upcoming range of products and have essential product knowledge.
Influences corporate customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
Build customer database by recording names, addresses, and purchases.
Secures information by contacting customers and create demand for the products that we offer
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective customers.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
