Liaison with Service Managers and other Service Center staff and provide operational support as required for smooth function of Service Centers.
Liaison with HR and IR&A Departments with matters related to Service Center staff.
Review staff strength on regular basis and coordinate with Service Centers for hiring, transfers and resignations.
Facilitate Service Centers in Sales Return cases.
Provide Sales Return data to concerned departments for their analysis and prepare reports.
Update service staff strength in service software.
Resolve hardware issues of Head Office & Service Centres with the support of I.T department.
Look after administrative areas of CSD Head Office and responsible for arrangement of stationery, office supplies, and other supplies including tea items etc.
