Job Summary : This position is responsible for assistance and participation in maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards. Getting feedback and processing complaints quickly and efficiently.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To receive walk-in customers and handle service inquiries and problems.
2. Attend customers’ telephone calls and book their complaints.
3. Collect all relevant information of the customer, unit and job request.
4. Any other task assigned by service manager.
