The position is responsible to ensure day to day management of stocks & Operations and successfully manage reporting the stock inventory status, physically check the stock from different Tech Sirat locations. Organize stock withdrawl for delivery to the market place, in a proficient manner, as per picking lists, sales orders/ invoices.
Warehousing: Ensure accurate receipt, recording & issuance of stock together with proper receipts & acknowledgements.
Warehousing: Ensuring daily closing stock position is agreeing with physical in hand stock position. Sharing of day-end reports with management at Head Office.
Warehousing: Proper supervision of subordinates responsible for packing and stacking of stocks, together with ensuring the stock is placed without risks.
Warehousing: Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; warranty refresh, repacking, reconciling with data storage system
Warehousing: Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods;
Warehouseing: Ensuring that proper approved inter-office transfer of stock is made on system and dispatching is done properly with consignment notes and insurance related matters from Head Office.
Sales Accounts: Obtaining / preparing necessary transaction initiation approved documents like sales order, return order etc and in case the same is prepared, making sure that approved manual document is received and retained in proper file.
Sales Accounts: Ensure complete and accurate recording of sales, sales returns, dealer incentives (if any), lower portions, warranty card issuance & refresh.
Sales Accounts: Receipt of Lower Portions in physical from sales co-ordinator / manager operations, verification of the same, and sending request ahead to Head Office for cash replenishment.
Sales Accounts: Receipt of direct dealer Lower Portions (LPs), verfication of the same, and sending physical LPs to head office together with summary for posting of JV in dealer ledgers.
Sales Accounts: Extraction of necessary reports like sales achievements, return analysis, stock aging, salesmen performance, ad-hoc reports etc, and submission of the same to Head Office.
Sales Accounts: Ensuring that no sales invoice / delivery challan goes unacknowledged from the person so handed over for distribution and retaining one copy of dealer acknowledged invoice after distribution is complete.
Receivables: Reporting to head office pertaining to area-wise dealer ledger verifications of balances as at required intervals. This includes providing of dealers ledgers to requires sales staff for the same and timely reminders and collections.
Receivables: Proper acknowledged receipts of cash / cheques & timely deposits into bank with retention of deposit slips and recording of the same.
Administration: Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as Services, IT, Admin, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
Administration: Petty cash management of office and Lower Portions (If required)
