• Primary duties and responsibilities:
• Design, build and organize HTML/CSS responsive email campaigns
• Design optimized graphics for web, email and marketing efforts
• Design website and web page mockups
• Ensures that all design elements, templates and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings along with the constraints set by development and design.
• A solid understanding of web practices and browser capabilities, and a desire to stay current on trends in web design
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, design team, other members of the marketing team as well as internal business groups to ensure the goals and objectives of projects are met or exceeded
• Provide graphical assistance to other members of the web, digital, design and social media team as needed

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Interactive Design or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability delivering high quality designs (Online portfolio site with examples of web, social and HTML email campaigns)
• Proficient in the Creative Suite Web Premium, experience with web design (HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript/Front End Framework experience) and a familiarity with mobile and responsive design (basic understanding of InDesign and Acrobat)
• Strong graphic design skills (color, typography, composition, etc.)
• Solid communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Attention to detail is critical
• Experience in print design and production a plus
