Customer Relations Officer (CRO)

• Attend customer queries and complaints.
• Provide product / process knowledge to the customers
• Guide the customers about the vehicle booking procedures and product features
• Process booking orders, receive payment instruments from customers, issue receipts etc
• Coordinate with head office / regional offices for settling customer queries and booking orders.

• Minimum Intermediate (preferably O Level or Graduate)
• Maximum age 35 Years (preferably 25 ~ 30 age bracket)
• Well groomed and presentable personality
• Excellent communication & Customer dealing skills in English and Urdu.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Both Male & Female can apply.
