RELATIONSHIP OFFICER:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF RELATIONSHIP OFFICER:
- Develop and maintain professional understanding of customer
- base to assist organization’s current relationships.
- Perform as key contact for selected customer relationships
- under company guidance.
- Initiate activities to ensure on time and scheduled response to
- customers.
- Ensure to alert team with respect to any delays along with
- potential issues.
- Provide assistance to manager to attain approval on new client.
- Review independently all documents and link entire customer
- for suitable relationship.
- Provide product details, quotes and valuations to customers.
- Implement and supervise all unsolicited activities.
- Conduct evaluation of client’s
