Job Description

Result oriented and self-driven Servicedesk Analyst is urgently required to deliver the IT customer services to the company’s customers. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Acts as POC between customers and technical teams to ensure in time resolution for each reported incident, request

Provide basic to intermediate IT customer services over emails, phone calls

Escalate technical problems to the concerned, act as bridge till resolution on the behalf of the customer
Coordinate with technical teams for all ongoing incidents to ensure in the resolution within SLA
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/solutions
Build positive relationships with customers

Job Specification

At least 01 year prior experience in IT Customer Service/Servicedesk
Have at least intermediate Windows/Application installation, & Troubleshooting
Expert in using Microsoft Office Suite especially in Outlook, Excel

Hands on experience of any standard Ticketing system (Preferred)

Working knowledge of Remote Support/Team Viewer
Basic knowledge of Database

Basic SQL Server knowledge would be considered as an advantage

other requirements:
Able to handle pressure and can deliver results in such situations
Proactive attitude and ability to work under stress
Take initiates, self-driven and result oriented
