Job Description
Leads on daily basis motivate the staffs by inspiring, influencing, coaching, training as well as monitoring, supervising the daily collection of delinquent accounts.
Lead collectors to optimize performance and maximize results.
Lead the Team of Recovery to achieve the Targets
Undertake all aspects of income recovery presentation and debt recovery case work,
To contribute to the development and delivery of an excellent income recovery service.
To ensure that services are delivered in accordance with annually agreed performance targets.
Provide appropriate advice and support on all aspects of payment
Job Specification
Min 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in Banks - Debt Collection Department or in Debt Collection Agency.
- Must have experience of implementing new policies and procedures.
- Experience of imposing and managing change and development
- English speaking / Arabic-speaking is an advantage.
- MIS & Computer Skills.
