Job Description
Responsible to organize all related/cross function activities associated with importing of the products.
Correspondence with the principals for updates / queries etc.
Creating, assessing and regenerating documented agreements according to the needs.
Observing and formulating the records of the activities related to imports.
Helping to formulate quotes of trade goods for clients and executing freight and cargo reservation operations with Logistics team.
Making sure that all the import programs are in agreement with the accepted rules and regulations of the organization.
Updating himself/herself about the various rules, policies and programs of customs.
Completing all other operational undertakings and workings related to the imports of the organization and ensuring their compliance with the general policies and local governed laws.
Job Specification
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
- Graphic exposure (Photoshop/Illustrator)/ able to create infographics
- Communications (Verbal and Written)
