We are looking for Institutional Sales Coordinator for Pharma Division based in Karachi.
Graduate with 1-2 years experience in Institutional Sales .
Review tender updates through tender alert system on daily basis and keep MSM & Institution Team updated
Assist MSM Institution in developing business plan covering product selection, pricing, business dynamics, M&P role etc.
To maintain a professional linkage between principal field force to provide customer satisfaction on our professional services.
Prepare quotations and submit to MSM / Sales Manager for review & necessary action.
Maintain record for all the quotations, tenders, authority letters, special discount and all related documents of all the Institutions Principal wise.
Manage & respond to all the queries and information required by the Institutions / Principals on regional level
Keep liaison and facilitate Institutional team members in their day to day assignments.
Scrutiny of all institutional orders for the required document such as original order of institution / third party orders, invoicing, payment & rate verification from approvals and stamp requirement of institution, etc.
To maintain a close liaison with Logistic, finance, IT and warehouse personnel’s in depots to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets of company on account of all principals.
Keep close liaison and timely strong follow up with all institutions for recoveries for respective region
Any other task / project assigned by the manager or management
