Looking for a Business Development Executive, who is responsible for bringing in new business for the company through a variety of marketing techniques mainly from up-work or other free lancing sites on Profit Sharing Basis. We provide the following facilities during the course of the job:

Job Description

• Actively seeking work from up work and free lancing sites
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. * Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify marketing possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new marketing tactics
• Actively participate in promotional activities
• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing indoor and outdoor marketing campaigns.
• Set up meetings with potential corporate clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
