Support Specialist are responsible to provide wide variety of technical/non-technical support services to various #CrecenTech clients in real estate domain.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) O Level, A Level / I.C.S in Computer Science / Diploma in Computer Science or Graduates with equivalent qualification.

2) Excellent English with verbal, written and transcription skills. Very good communication accent and easy to understand over the voice call or understanding from #YouTube training videos by clients.

3) Excellent English listening, writing and transcription skills.

4) Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email Correspondence, MailChimp/ AWeber, YouTube and social medial tools.

5) Reliable, Trustworthy, Work with Little or NO instructions. Be prompt and consistent.

6) Strong administrative and organizational support skills.

7) O Level, A Level / or Graduates are highly preferred in #Lahore City only.

Job Specification

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Managing Real Estate lead life cycle and perform due diligence by doing necessary Research and Data Mining.
  2. Manage #CRM system and make sure client processes are executing smoothly.
  3. Script tracing, scrubbing, normalizing, data evaluation and formatting by using simple to complex excel formulas and techniques.
  4. Lead generation, producing documents and executing contracts for the underlaying real estate processes.
  5. Troubleshoot, evaluate and make corrective actions to make sure smooth execution of REI processes.
  6. Customer support, project coordination, minutes and notes taking.
  7. Calendar scheduling and management for clients by using Top #CRM system like PODIO.
  8. Content writing, #Proofreading, online research, sales support and social media monitoring.
  9. Use of tools like MS Word, Excel (including formulas and techniques, statistical analysis), PowerPoint and Visio (presentation or demonstration) and sometime minor image tweaking using any image editing tool.
