Job Description
Following are the necessary responsibilities of the store keeper
- To receive goods from suppliers and ensure quantity is in accordance with the purchase order
- To keep record of all the documents related to the procurement function
- To keep record of inventory
- To ensure that store items are kept at their designated place
- To ensure that stores & spares issued are properly documented
- To comply with EHS policies and procedures as adopted and implemented at site in compliance with applicable law and regulations
- Any other duty assigned by the procurement manager
- Understand OH&S risks/ hazards and environmental/ legislative aspect /impacts related to activities.
Job Specification
Must have a graduation degree or three to six years related experience
