Job Description
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Copies data and compiles records and reports.
- Tabulates and posts data in record books.
- Records orders for merchandise or service.
- Distributes information regarding all personnel matters to employees.
- Operates computer terminal to input/retrieve data using various database packages and prepares correspondence using word processing packages.
- Operates office equipment such as typewriter, adding, calculating and duplicating machines.
- Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
- Greets and assists visitors.
- Takes dictation, prepares and posts letters as directed by the plant manager
- Maintains invoice and correspondence filing systems.
- Assists in the preparation and submission of time cards to the Regional Office.
- Inventories administrative supply and re-orders as necessary.
- Assists in the preparation and entering of daily production data for plant.
- Assist in compiling and dispatch of O & M monthly reports
Job Specification
College graduate and/or three to six years related experience
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively to employees of the organization.
