Job Description
To provide overall direction for activities related to all the departments
Responsible for development and implementation of annual budgets, policies & goals
Develop consistent and fair personnel policies that comply with all federal and state regulations and that reflect management philosophy and culture
To develop office policies and supervise their implementation
Responsible for ensuring a quiet and productive office work environment
Ensure that all office personnel provide friendly, customer-oriented responses to all inquiries
Compile and issue payroll on company standard
Administer all employee benefit programs
Maintain and update employee files
Demonstrate leadership, management skills & self motivation
Responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area, mail, large purchasing requests and facilities, directing and coordinating office services and related activities
Responsible for arranging internal office moves and providing arrangements for office meetings
Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities
Supervise the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities
Negotiate purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
Responsible for the day-to-day operations and participate in special department projects
Ability to manage staff and negotiate effectively
Recruit, train, develop and communicate with all staff as well as assess performance on a regular basis
Plan and assign daily goals, tasks and assignments
Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
Management of all office tasks including management of funds and media, receiving, inventory and payroll
