Responsibilities & Duties:
- Install and configure various hardware and software's products
- Provide technical support 24/7 regarding survilance infrastructure issues.
- To provide 24x7 hours support to clients for various platforms + (Huwaie Survilance portfolio) and Installations / upgrades
- Responsible to take decision and plan the implementation and support solution accordingly
Key Performance Indicators:
- Resolves client reported issues timely
- Ensures all newly installed hardware, software at client site is working properly.
