Job Description
Web Designer/Developer Responsibilities:
You Must have Codeigniter or cake php hands on experience, you must willing to go for out of box solutions in order to complete various tasks and you must be avialable to start with us as soon as possible with us.
You must have advance level expert skills in wordpress, Magento and PHP not just knowledge but can produce high qaulity of work on minimum instructions.
You will be expected to lead and teach junior developers as well as carry out the ground work yourself when needed. You will be working closely with a team of web development members to complete day to day tasks and development projects for our wide range of client websites in a fast paced and exciting environment. We are looking for someone honest hard working willing to take responsibility and should know there is no excuse exist to miss agreed deadlines confident in his/her abilities and that will be able to hit the ground running and contribute from the word go.
The Web Designer / Developer will be responsible for the design, layout and coding of WordPress websites custom built websites and hard coded web application using php codeIgniter .
You will be involved with the technical and graphical aspects of websites and also the maintenance and update of existing ones.
- Set up and adapt CMS to meet business requirements (WordPress, Magento,)
- Adhere to the highest design quality standards
- Monitor the website’s performance and identify any technical problems
- Turn client brief into actionable plan and provide accurate price quotes
- Create wireframes and design mock-ups for new pitches
- Discuss technical requirements with clients and provide innovative solutions
- Work on various projects including proprietary software
- Maintain a high awareness of industry’s issues and trends
- Work both independently and in conjunction with other developers
- Thorough quality assurance testing of all web projects

Job Specification
To be considered you must have experience of the following:
- PHP (Codeigniter or cake PHP)
- Custom web development and designing
- Experience with WordPress Theme & Plugin Development
- Experience with Responsive Design
- Excellent HTML5, CSS3 programming skills (Expert)
- 2+ years developing using WordPress
- Knowledge of server admin panels (Plesk, Cpanel)
- Experience of migrating sites to new servers and from testing environments to live ones
- Experience in using .htaccess files and its rules
- Design portfolio with strong examples of creativity
- Basic query & JavaScript Skills
- Adobe Photoshop (Advanced)
- UI Development experience
- Create and maintain MySQL & SQL databases
- Responsible for SEO and analytics
Additionaly you Must have a can-do attitude and great attention to detail, every thing can be done Nothing is impossible or can't be done Approach.
