Duties and responsibilities as office administrator
1. Coordinating with the management and the staff
2. Looking after the requirements of each department
3. Reporting about the office to the Senior manager
4. Preparing a report about the offices
5. Keeping a watch on all the office supplies and replenishing the stock with new thing as they run out
6. Implementing filing systems for the office
Maintask and responsibilties as accountant
1. compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
2. ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
3. make certain all financial reporting deadlines are met
4. prepare financial management reports
5. ensure accurate and timely year end close processes
6. resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
7. monitor and support taxation requirements
8. oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
1. accounting degree/diploma or equivalent
2. knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles
3. knowledge of auditing practices and principles
4. knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
5. knowledge and experience of accounting computer applications softwares
usually a minimum of 2 years experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice
