- Responsible for the front desk and reception.
- Receives all incoming calls & fax messages & routes to appropriate person.
- Answers routine questions concerning department services or procedures.
- Maintains a current record of changes in office and personnel in order to route incoming calls to the appropriate person.
- Greets the guests & public, furnishes directions and information.
- Gives general information in response to public inquires.
- Sorts and routes incoming mail and delivers messages.
- Performs clerical tasks such as typing, filing & sending facsimile.
- To handle routine administrative issues of office.
Job Specification
- Fresh graduate with pleasant personality.
- Clear pleasing voice and manner of speaking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Urdu.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Some knowledge of PC operations and software (Word processing and spreadsheet) are required.
- Able to work under pressure.
