Provide assistance to immediate supervisor in regular operations of accounts department.
· Entries of payments to banks
· Keeping record of accounts receivable
· Maintain record of payment receipts
· Data entry of invoices and purchase orders
· Provident Fund accounts entries into software
Strong command on MS Office (Prefferably Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal skills required.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work in a challenging work environment.
· Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
· Proven knowledge of accounts latest softwares
