Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service and Operations Officer for our Lahore office. The individual will be responsible for assisting the organization in customer service and customer relationship management, office administration, and support e-commerce operations.

Job Specification

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Online and telephonic customer service and support for incoming leads and follow up.
  • Answer customer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
  • Transfer customer inquiries to the business development and sales staff as necessary.
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.
  • Maintain and manage confidential company database.
  • Assist in managing a Customer Relationship Management System.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks, and coordinate various operational activities on a daily basis.
  • Assist with the implementation of new operational strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Order supplies and maintain a professional clean office environment.


  • Strong customer focus, with data entry, problem solving, multitasking, listening, and phone skills.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Detail oriented, with a strong and mature phone presence.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Ability to learn technical systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, customer relationship management or call centre work experience is an added benefit.
