Job Description

1- Selected candidates will be working in a B2B scenario where they will receive live chat inquiries and candidates must answer them pro-actively.

2- Determines requirements by working with customers and take their contact details as a lead.

3- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.

4- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

5- Create a long term rapport with customers by contacting them through pro-active chat messages.

6- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.

7- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
