Job Description
We are currently seeking highly motivated and detail oriented professionals to work as Marketing & Research Associates in our business support services division.
Job Description:
The job description includes the following but is not limited to:
- Conducting web research
- Perform email marketing and responding to client enquiries
- Browsing multiple sites and collecting accurate information about companies and contant details of different professional
- Data entry to/from excel to various softwares
- Applying different quality checks on the collected data.

Job Specification
Specifications:
- 4-year college degree or ACCA (Candidates having O/A-levels background would be preferred).
- Proficient in using search engines and data-mining.
- Working knowledge of MS Office especially Ms Excel is required.
- Excellent Internet research skills.
- Ability to work independently, without supervision
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English is a must.
- Able to respond to emails and communicate with international clients.
- Good typing speed.
Prior web research experience not required; however, preference will be given to applicants with atleast 1 year experience of working in BPO in a similar position and have ability to communicate with international clients.
Note: It is an office based morning shift (10:00AM to 6:00PM) position in which associates would work 06 days a week. So it is mandatory that applicants must have completed their education.
