Primary Job Functions:
Liaising with multiple customers and suppliers within global IT industry.
Managing the business model within Supply Chain industry / ITSM and ensuring the SLA compliance.
Multiple communications with vendors and customers via various technology channels around the globe.
Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer. ·
Using search tools, browsers and also email features; attaching files to correspondence, utilizing tracking and management features.
Captures interpret basic customer information.
Analyze the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions. · Attention to detail
Shift Timing: Rotational (08:00AM to-05:00PM, 03:00PM-12:00AM,11:00PM-08:00AM)
Skills :
Be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English
Be able to work under pressure
Flexible & Adaptable in different situations and environment
Demonstrate sound understanding of complex processes
A go-getter attitude to approach customer queries and problems proactively.
Some knowledge of e-supply chain and customer service is helpful but not essential.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts
Demonstrate willingness to learn new things and applying them effectively to produce the desired results
