Enhancement of customer satisfaction and retention through implementation of SAP and strengthen showroom operations and manage parts inventory and parts' sales. Also, timely resolve warranty issues for customer satisfaction.
- To attend customers for service job. Prepare job cards & assign work to mechanics.
- Entertain warranty claim cases and keep the record for audit purpose.
- Spare parts' sales and stock maintenance & invoicing. Arrangement of parts from Head Office Karachi.
- Ensuring periodic maintenance of admin bikes.
- Follow up and coordination with Head Office/Area Office Lahore for timely settlement of pending warranty issues.
- Reporting of daily activities to showroom manager.
- Timely reporting to concerned authorities.i.e. FQI, Claim Data, In-Out reports.
- Responsible of workshop tools & equipment maintenance & stock.
- Inspection of motorcycles after completion of service jobs to ensure good quality after sales services.
- Achieve the monthly job card and turn over targets by the implementation of SAP.
- Sending weekly basis SAP hard copy to Area Office Lahore.
- Sending monthly basis workshop report to Head Office Karachi and Area Office Lahore.
