• Identifying new sales leads
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
• Researching clients’ online presence (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and make sales leads
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

• Excellent communication skills (US/UK accent is preferable)
• Knowledge about Cisco
• Comfortable working in afternoon/evening shifts
• Knowledge about IT hardware would be a plus
