Inside Sales Representatives do all open enrollment for virtual instructor lead training and sell transactional sales. They would be territory based and proactively sell making outbound calls to technical doers and first level managers selling into teams. They would also escalate and feed large scale leads to EPG. Focus on titles with Managers and doers.
Required Experience & Qualification:
Two years of Contact center or Sale experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Problem solving and decision making capability.
Ability to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds, levels and positions.
Ability to anticipate clients’ needs.
Ability to work under pressure.
Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
Experience in e-Learning industry will be preferred.
Excellent sales skills.
Capable of meeting productivity performance goals.
Excellent analytical skills.
