A Leading Fashion Retail Menwear Brand is looking for "Outlet Managers" to Join its Fashion Outlets across Pakistan as a result of Expansion.

1. To identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with customers.
2. Manage and support stock levels to maximize full price selling, maintaining a high sell through as well as alignment with new Product launches.
3. To monitor daily sales activities to maximize sales and strong sales results.
4. To ensure Visual Merchandise is up-to-date as per required standard.
5. Proactively follow current fashion trends, industry news, and key competitors in the market.
6. Update staff of the deals, seasonal sale, new launching, and other campaigns.
7. Monitor staff behavior at job with customers and team members.
8. To monitor Dress code policy, Coach, and Lead team members.
9. Coordinate with the ASM and RSM.

• Must have previous working experience of Fashion Brand.
• Excellent communication & Managerial Skills.
• Target Oriented.
• Detaied knowledge of Retail, Sales, Supplychain, Customer services, and after sales services.
