Brand managers would be responsible for ensuring that the product line and services of company resonate with current and potential customers. They would be passionate about uncovering client’s insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. To do so, they would be continuously monitoring marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace. Manager Marketing and Brand Building serve as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, road shows etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insights.
- To design strategies that match up with company’s vision, mission and goals
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population attracted towards our brand.
- Budgeting of the planned activities and presenting for approval.
- Ensuring result oriented efforts to gather sponsorship for various events.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Coordinate with Manager Business Development to understand key improvement areas and response towards brand building activities.
- Coordinate with Centre Managers, Business Partners to understand their centre specific branding needs and also to ensure implementation of suggested activities and response towards brand building activates.
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities across franchisees to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- To work efficiently and effectively on any assignment assigned from upper management.
