Service technician’s responsibility is to update all the OS as per requirement, Level 0, 1 repairing, Maintain software, service manuals, and schematics of all models. Maintain cordial relations with staff at the service centre.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure effective and efficient repairing of Level 0 & 1
Maintain OS, Schematics, Service manuals service bulletins
Update whole lab with latest data
Verify handsets
Maintain proper reporting of the repaired jobs
Return faulty parts to store
Issue timely requests to for required parts
Effectively complete all in hand jobs in a timely manner
Share technical expertise and knowledge with CSRs
Prepare and issue reports for submission to seniors
DOA/DAP Claim Inspection
Market knowledge of cell phone industry
Technical skills of repairing mobile phone
