Verifying bank deposits
Providing assistance in day-to-day transactions
Recording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget
Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements
Good communication skills
Familiarity with book keeping and basic accounting procedures
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Data entry and word processing skills
Excellent organizing abilities

Knowledge of accounting softwares would be a plus
