For a UK based campaign, an experienced claims adviser to join it’s off shore office
in Karachi
- Night Shifts. (12 hours shift, 04 days working a week)
- 4 days working - 3 days OFF
Previous experience of dealing with claims is preferable for UK based company. Expertise in Energy & Gas, Warranties for appliance or home emergency claims is preferred but is not mandatory.
The role will involve assessing and responding to clients calls, chats, emails, log claims on our CRM and also to deploy engineers where possible.
Responsibilities:
Customer service and support
Answering Calls from the customer
Logging claims on system whilst customer is on call
Claim’s / Service allocation to engineer
Liaising with Engineers and customers to deploy and chase claims
Providing chat support to customers
Emails to customers and engineers
Membership enquiries
Quality control / compliance check
Admin work
Language Skills
Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills sufficient to communicate and interact effectively with customers and co-workers
Excellent command of the English language, good use of grammar skills, bilingual skills a plus
Ability to use a calculator and general knowledge of basic math skills, ability to calculate percentages
PC Skills
Physical Abilities
Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for up to 12 hours a day; ability to use hands and fingers to type on a keyboard and use a mouse to navigate. Vision sufficient to view small details on a monitor
Ability to hear and to verbally communicate using a telephone handset and/or connected headset device
