We are looking for the “Live Chat Agent” for our Karachi office.
The individual is responsible for:
a) Respond to customers on chat
b) Maintain client relationship for business and help the sales team in achieving target
c) Use decision-making skills in responding for clients
d) Suggest, promote and guide clients on filing complaints, refunds, and replacements
e) Make use of the system in searching for products and answers
a) A levels and O levels students are preferred
b) Complete understanding of the different types of chatting modes
c) Complete Command in English Language
d) Good Typing Speed
