Manages the development of the production plan by collaborating with Supply Chain Planners and corporate demand planning teams.

Analyzes data and trends to better plan people, equipment and materials usage

Works closely with associates in Production, Logistics, Maintenance, QA and Human Resources

Trains, coaches, mentors, and provides feedback/recognition to team and associates

Work with QA to ensure quality and conformance.

Reduce shortages and excess inventory by monitoring finished goods inventory levels

Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership skills

Team oriented

Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control

Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization from corporate
