Job Description:
- Manage customers' portfolio and sales activities of the Company
- Communicate and respond to client queries both in writing and orally in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong client relationship
- Ensure day-to-day maintenance of records with accuracy and timeliness
- Retain current accounts and developing online sales strategies for expanding the customers portfolio
- Able to work both independently and in team
- Respond to clients' email after office timings
