Job Description

-To Receive inbound calls from current and potential customers.

-To answer questions about the product details.

-To assist customers with any issues experienced with website and escalate any issues to management appropriately.

-To meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.

-Excellent verbal communication skills

-Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections

-Strong work ethics and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment

-Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly

-Previous telesales experience a plus, but not must
