Job Description

  1. Enhancement of customer satisfaction by improving quality of products & strengthening of the dealership infrastructure and operations.
  2. Strengthen dealership workshop management & operations of all assigned dealers.
  3. BSC action plan achievement, SAP implementation, micromanagement and body shop activities.
  4. Dealership growth on JC, Retail FFI/SFI, schedule maintenance, turnover, bay productivity.
  5. Correct input of JC data, DMIS, DMDs utilization at dealership.
  6. Dealership campaigns (in-house, remote, fleet & FCC Carnival), customer meet, customer education.
  7. Dealer manpower development, implementation of in-house training program, TNA, efficiency analysis.
  8. OJT on operations & management, prepare and implement training action plan with dealer.
  9. Help dealership in achievement of parts target on the basis of SGP, SGO and SGA consumption/growth.
  10. Achievement in schedule/running parts target growth of dealers.
  11. Help/assist dealership in warranty (FTIR, PPR) and customer relation centre (CRC) matters.
