• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Planning and preparing presentations
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
• Overseeing the development of marketing literature
• Writing reports
• Providing management with feedback
• Making Quotations for clients
• Responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and staff.
• Coordinates multiple projects; arrange meetings, researches agenda items, analyzes data, and compiles reports.
• Work independently with general direction; plan, organize and prioritize work to meet schedules and time lines.
• Transcribe minutes of meetings efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain records, logs, files and other related information.
• Must be Make arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy.
• Provide oversight and direction to staff on assigned projects.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
