Job Description

We require an Executive Coordinator. The candidate should have a delightful personality, good in English, computer knowledge and should be willing to handle challenging tasks.

  • Supporting the Directors as custodian of the day-to-day office affairs
  • Coordinating and facilitating strategic brainstorming and problem-solving sessions
  • Preparing presentations and metrics for strategic initiatives
  • Driving operational initiatives in support of strategic goals
  • Acting as a liaison between the Directors, Managers and other office staff members
  • Executing communications between Directors and Office Staff
  • Drafting, reviewing reports, and various correspondence as required
  • Other responsibilities and tasks assigned as needed.
  • Coordinating the Director’s internal and external communication activities

Job Specification

Minimum Graduation with preferably some office working experience but we encourage fresh candidates as well

  • Should be a self-starter.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Business Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Ability to analyze & Interpret data/reports.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Pleasant Personality
