MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To develop, manuscript & ensure follow up on:
- Product Papers for new products & services
- Product Flows
- Legal Documents for relevant business areas
- Write Ups for products including VAS & Switch Games
- Adhoc based documents as and when needed
- Keep a track of & maintain repository of Switch Communication data including regular & legal documents, product papers etc
- Follow up on daily, weekly & monthly reports for all switch products/domains
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Plan, integrate and implement promotional activities
- Managing campaigns on social media. Campaigns must be customized and targeted to ensure healthy conversion rate.
- Compilation of as well as distribution of financial and statistical information for the products
- Development and dissemination of frequent as well as Adhoc reports
- Identify relevant events to enhance brand image by switch participation at multiple forums
- Monitor & report performance of all Switch domains (i.e. VAS, Development, Switch Play (Games))
- Conduct analysis and report key areas with regards to achievements, challenges and improvement areas along with strong follow up on rectifications in case of challenges and areas of improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis, identify opportunities and devise and present ideas and opportunities for company growth
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, suppliers, clients and partner organizations.

JOB PURPOSE
Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in order to enhance company growth & revenues as well as improve operational efficiency across all Switch domains. Analyze and investigate competition and promote commercial performance of the company.
