Description

Responsibilities: include but not limited to

  • Maintain a high-level performance towards client and organization’s satisfaction.
  • Manage team’s KPI.
  • Responsible to manage team’s schedule to comply with business needs.
  • Work with training operations manager on class scheduling.
  • Responsible creating the Operations Dashboard.
  • Work with Sales team to make sure all request and processed by Student Services on time.
  • Work with other departments and managers for updates, issues and KPI’s, etc.
  • Responsible to monitor calls, emails internal and external.
  • Collaborate with Operations team for customer satisfaction issues.
  • Work with assigned projects.
  • Responsible to maintain, update and manage SOP’s of the team.
  • Monitor Agent’s performance (monthly reporting basis).
  • Responsible to coach and train agents on updates and performance.
  • Call auditing.

Specification

  • 8 - 10 years’ experience in customer service, technical support center environment preferred.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in managing a customer service / support team.
  • Proficient in Computer and office application skills relating to troubleshooting and Admin task.
  • Excellent English verbal and written Communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated abilities in problem solving and resolving complaints and complex customer/internal issues.
