Job Description
YUGO.pk is hiring a Customer Services Officer (Male / Female). The job discriptions is as following:
1. Deal directly with customers either by telephone / electronically
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
3. Handle and resolve customer complaints
4. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
5. Provide pricing and delivery information
6. Perform customer verifications
7. Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
8. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
9. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
10. Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
11. Record details of actions taken
12. Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
13. Maintain customer databases
14. Manage administration
15. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
16. Follow up on customer interactions
17. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Job Specification
Good interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Fluent in Urdu
Good accent
Flexible
Desire to learn and grow within the team
