Job Description
Trade Optimmize wants to hire the Sales Executives who are the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new services.
Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our services and recommend the right solutions.
Follow and achieve organization’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Build productive trust relationships with potential customers.
Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the website).
Job Specification
Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent Communication skills.
Ability to perform underpressure.
Documentation skills.
