OneWood team is rapidly expanding and is looking for a seasoned CMS Administrator who is a self-starter and a problem solver with a proven track record.
Planning and administration of site structure and access permissions, design and implementation of CMS features and user interfaces.
Optimization of search function within the website through use of page tags etc.
Translation of static design concepts into web page templates, applications, and features.
Development of new pages, make changes to existing modules, develop views/widgets/content templates; manage roles/permissions, redirect/path aliases, taxonomies or tags; troubleshoot; and research new modules.
Own and coordinate the technical administration of team's CMS, managing user provisioning and coordinating closely with QA team to successfully test and launch new content features.
Create and maintain a schedule for all initiatives, and execute tasks on time.
Document content processes and tools as needed, and work with others to document.
Complete administrative tasks for projects with tight deadlines.
Ensure content processes are cost-effective and maximize shared and re-usable resources.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience of working with a content management platform like WordPress.
Experience of working with a ticket management system like ZenDesk.
Understanding and experience of how templates work in a CMS environment.
Knowledge of development tools, prototyping tools and platforms.
Good understanding of SEO principles.
Understanding of Overall Project Process & Deliverables e.g. website/app development life cycle.
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a professional working environment.
Ability to handle diverse content e.g. text, videos, images in multiple languages.
Demonstrate great interest in the thinking/ thought process of User Centered Design.
Experience with conducting user research, usability testing and persona building.
Stakeholders awareness and stakeholder’s management.
Strong eye for quality and measuring quality against customer requirements.
Good communication skills (written, spoken and verbal).
